Hello everyone, it's Moon.
I'm in my "newbie loss" phase right now. Several pounds in the past week or so. My goal is 2ish a week (8-11 monthly) so it's normal to lose more than average the first month. I imagine it'll settle down in a few weeks. But for now... whee!
Apparently if I can keep my nose out of the junk food, I can eat pretty normal portions. Go figure.
