Journal for Jan 12. Asleep at 3 am. Awake at 8:30 am before alarm, as uncomfortable. Slept 5.5 hrs. Had Coffee as often will help. Breakfast:pancakes and hot blueberry compote, but ended up having 2 servings. Lunch: yam Supper:Leftover Turkey Lentil Fajitas again. Snack late in evening: binge ate whole 100g 70% dark chocolate bar
