moogiemynes's Journal, 05 December 2017

I am starting to wonder if I should wonder about calories. I just had lunch and still have hunger. It was much lower in calories than I normally eat. I am set for another fast, starting tomorrow evening and ending Saturday morning. I plan to allow myself fats, but no protein nor carbs.
My back-up plan is to consume only a little protein if my blood glucose gets out of hand. I shall let you know. Last time I tried this, someone bought me prime rib. Breaking a fast for prime rib is certainly acceptable!

Calories are only one part of the formula. If you're creating a deficit between effort (calories burned) and fuel (calories eaten), you'll still lose weight. Hope you have success with the upcoming fast!
