Well, first day on the new diet.....can't really figure out if I should follow Weight Watchers, or if I should just calorie count and work out. As of right now I am just counting calories and working out, and that is what Bob Harper promotes.....we will see how it goes in the next few days, 1st weight in will be Sunday morning.
