I truly never thought it would be hard to lose weight. I was one of those who ate anything and never gained until one day in my fifties my scales showed 183. Then I retired from the ANG (military) and it kept going up. Wow. Now I finally decided to get back down to a good weight. Not so easy to do. I think I've passed my plateau now I need to throw in some movements to burn what I eat so I can continue the downhill slide. I'm not motivated to exercise. I volunteer at a hospital so I will make an effort to use steps more. I had total knee replacement last year and haven't used the steps like I used to. So, ready or not steps, here I come. I also want to congratulate rhills on making it below his weight goal. Good job.
