My husband and I stayed in last night and had a seafood feast of scallops and some jumbo raw shrimp cooked in the shell. I also had a little left over steak for my husband - he needs his beef! I'm off to Weight Watchers this morning and I think I should have a decent loss. I was scared going into this week since there were no cycling boot camp classes but I think I pushed myself well on the bike on the trainer. I'm not doing very well at all regarding my goals for cross training....I guess this is working for me and I'm too lazy to change right now....but it is still my goal to get in some running and weight training! And of course, more yoga!
