I've been following closely to Phase 1 and I already feel great. Soooo wish I didn't get off track to begin with but hey what can ya do. I'm trying not to weigh myself daily anymore, it just gets my mind all screwed up. I just ordered a yoga and pilates dvd to try and change up my workouts a little...I'm getting tired of the gym and I think my body is too. Planning on going for a run tomorrow on the beach...hope the weather isn't too hot! Today I walked 2 miles because my legs are sore from all the lunges and squats I did yesterday. I feel like I'm definitely ready to hit my goal and push through any plateaus that may try to stop me! =)

Hi sweetpea, losing 10 pounds is easy, and you seem headed in the right direction now. Although SBD does not count calories remember that the bottom line is calories in vs. calories burned. The workouts will build muscle and tone your body which is totally desireable but they *may* slow you down as muscle weighs much more than fat. Keep doing the workouts though, just try to consume a little less and you will be at 120 in no time. Good Luck!

Thanks information!! Ohhh but losing the last 10 is sooo not easy for me...lol. I am a workout fanatic so my body has become very efficient at cardio. I am lifting also and have been for a while. My calorie intake is never over 1200 these days(I've been avg like 1000). I'm working hard to lose this 10 but some days I just think it will never happen. I am 5'6" though so I'm by no means overweight at all but I just would like to fit in my skinny clothes again! Plus living in Fl you kind of live in a bikini so thats my story...haha...thanks for the advice. How many calories do you think I should consume? I saw that you do like high and low cal days....would that work for me?

I think a low day would be anywhere from 20% to 50% of your "regular" days. There is a thread on this in the Traineo.com site. Your consumption is much lower than I expected so those workouts must really be adding muscle to your frame. There is also the "Day Off" idea where you eat pretty much what you want one day a week to avoid your metabolism being reset. I thing this can be effectively worked into a Phase 2 SBD. Bear in mind that I am speculating that these things may help in your case. You can lose those 10 pounds fast if you are determined to do it. :-)
