mnjen's Journal, 11 March 2010

I'm meeting with a nutritionist on Sunday and she will set up a diet plan for me. Weight Watchers has served me well but I'm at the point where the points system no longer works with my level of physical activity.

Hoping to shave off 10 more pounds and tone up. :)

good luck...the last 10lbs are always the hardest...i am on the same issue...I don't know how you stuck to the points in the first place. I seriously am having such a time. Now I am just trying to watch what I eat.

I'd love to hear what you find out. I'm on that last 10-15 lbs. too and trying to figure it out. I'm trying hard to just count calories and record what I eat - makes me think about what I'm choosing when I have to write it down!

Thanks for the comments ladies! I had a metabolism test and my resting metabolic rate is 1,568. So I am on a 1600 cal/day diet plan for days I do not exercise, and on days I do, between 1900-2000 calories. I wasn't eating enough (which I figured) and my body was trying to hold onto the weight. So we'll see how I do on this diet plan! Halfway through day one and doing great!
