It has been a while, but this 2 last weeks were a challenge. I stalled again, and went camping which took me out of keto. But this week with work travel I decided to stick with a liquid diet of bulletproof coffee, water and ice tea. This morning will mark start of my 4th day of this lazy fast. I taking my meds and vitamins. The hardest part is making foods that I like without eating carbs and keeping below the carb limits. Daikon radish is super high on sugar and even zucchini has lots of carbs. Since I am very sensitive to the carbs, I have to watch what I eat. So will focus again on just this liquid diet and battle through this plateau... The past two weeks I have fluctuated from 239 to 247... Crazy... But again, camping, hiking, work travel and over eating were the problems...
