Ok, I'm to the point that my bride understands that I DON'T eat after 7 PM or before 11 AM M-F. She's being very supportive, and I love her even more for it! I really want to be around to enjoy any future grandkids with her!
Tonight I made some fat bombs. I showed my Dr my records for the last several weeks and he said I need to up my fat, but I'm doing ok with the others.
Equal parts cacao powder, unsweetened almond butter, and coconut oil. Melted down and mixed in a double boiler and then into mini cupcake cups at around 1-TBS each. I added a pecan half to each just so I can have my daily nuts! Our family has a pecan orchard, and I LOVE eating them! This will give me a few pieces each day at least. I plan to have a couple of these each day.
Any other fat bomb recipes out there! I have a LOT of bacon grease I'd LOVE to use!
