Much better day today. I made salsa tonight, which goes with the baked tortilla chips I made last night. I'm taking some of both for my snack tomorrow.
My lab results are back and my liver function is good. As long as I don't have additional problems with gall bladder pain, I can keep eating this way, keep losing, keep my gallbladder, etc. I'm happy for that news, for sure!
I did learn, however, that my thyroid isn't keeping up. I've started meds for that, several days ago, but I can't tell any difference yet. I'm supposed to re-test for that in 6 weeks. We'll see how it goes, I guess.
Glad to be back on track after yesterday.
