I began day 1 of the Keto meal plans and I surprisingly did not have sugar cravings, "Knock on Wood". Any way it felt good to be in control, usually, I feel out of control when it comes to eating goodies like potato chips, and chocolate covered almonds.
I want to focus on my long term goal of improving my health because I want to live like my grandmother who died yesterday morning at the age of 102 years old. Live each day like its the last, life is precious. I plan on giving 100% to living a healthier lifestyle. I love fatsecret, it's better than going to Weight Watcher Meetings or weighing in three times a week at Medical Weight loss Clinic.

I definitely agree with you on the fatsecret part. I've tried many apps many ways to lose weight or track but this one was the last and the best one afterall! Stay healthy and safe👍:)
