I began day 1 of the Keto meal plans and I surprisingly did not have sugar cravings, "Knock on Wood". Any way it felt good to be in control, usually, I feel out of control when it comes to eating goodies like potato chips, and chocolate covered almonds. I want to focus on my long term goal of improving my health because I want to live like my grandmother who died yesterday morning at the age of 102 years old. Live each day like its the last, life is precious. I plan on giving 100% to living a healthier lifestyle. I love fatsecret, it's better than going to Weight Watcher Meetings or weighing in three times a week at Medical Weight loss Clinic.
