Four years ago I weighed 332 lbs. Two and 1/2 years ago I got serious about dropping the extra weight. I got down to about 250 two years ago and have been basically maintaining that weight. I am somewhat back on diet to try and reach my goal of 215 and where 200 would be perfect. Down to 242 lbs now. From 46 pants waist to 38-40 depending on how the are made. 3x shirts down to 2x or or 1x depending how they are made. For sure my eating habits are excellent. No junk food. Twice a month two slices of good New York style pizza. Once or twice a month a treat of some type of desert.
