Plateau? Jumped on the scale this morning just as a quick check and haven't lost a pound in 3 days. I'm following the plan 100% though. I did add Adkins Advantage bars to my meal plan - I saw where some have said this can stall progress, is this correct?

where are your veggies and fat? go to atkins.com and click on learn atkins to see what you are supposed to be eating. your body needs to empty itself regularly to lose; the veggies will help with that.

you are not following the plan, you need 2 cup of salad a day and one cup of vegies. I do hte atkins bars and they help with the sweet tooth, I have not found they stall you.
