Yay for me! I didn't feel like working out yesterday either but I did a 10 minute core ball w/o w/ Tammi, then that turned into 10 mins of arms with her...then i did 38 mins on the bike! burned about 400 cals. totally awesome. my legs are a little sore. i didn't eat great yesterday but it could have been worse, i guess. today I'm gonna try to do some zumba when the hubby's at work, bc i think i look stupid when i do it.
