All the cakes and buns are used up from Easter and my first fairly low carb day for a week or so (27g net ) helped with a two pound loss from yesterday. So i am trying for another low carb day today. Other news I have had my fit-bit for a whole month today - 225 miles walked. Unfortunately I am not going to be able to keep that level up - I have lots of desk work outstanding for the next two weeks.
Last week once I had started on the home made hot cross buns and cakes I really struggled not to scoff more- I can only blame all the carbs for that. Today after a low carb 24 hours I do not really feel hungry - I no breakfast and ended up with a 16 hr IF by happy accident. Low carb is really working for me.

Yup... I made the mistake of a cinnamon tea cake for breakfast yesterday and was starving all day.. for me, low carbs is definitely the way to go!

Yes I find that once I start eating carbs I don't stop - they just don't fill me.
