Sore all over from the two P90X workouts. Today is day three of the program--shoulders and arms, and then the dreaded ab ripper. Didn't feel nauseated after yesterday's exercise, probably because there wasn't the ab ripper to deal with. Will go easy today with ab ripper to avoid a repeat of Monday, where I felt sick the rest of the day.
