Wow I forgot to write yesterday hmmm. :) I am still doing well but, have been hungry like I want to eat anything sweet or salty all the time. Today I figured out why, cover your eyes guys, it is that time!! Well this will be my first real test to see if I can struggle by this I have done well so far. Yesterday I had a few extras than normal but, still below my allowed calories so not too bad. Today I had a nice salad and it was yummy and filled me up. Now I am craving tuna fish on toast so we will see when I can get that into my dinner schedule. I have been trying to get on the eliptical for at least 5 minutes I know don't laugh but, I can't breathe very well on it and no I am not a smoker it is just difficult so I will keep slowly going longer. I would like to work on the basement this weekend to set up a TV, treadmill and the eliptical that way I can watch TV maybe that will help.
