It has finally sunk in that this weight loss will be a long process. Carbs and alcohol (that isn't Miller Lite) consumption has to be seriously restricted, not for a few weeks or months, but for the duration. Joy is going to have to come from sources other than potato chip bags. But I'm on a roll, and feel great about the future.
