Just came from vacation. Gained roughly 6 lbs in 2 weeks. Ate anything I wanted for 14 days straight. Went to the gym once. Time to get back on the wagon (starting on Sunday).
Btw...I lost an additional 4 lbs so that I could enjoy my vacation. But that wasn't enough. Next time I might have to lose a additional 8 lbs. Is it really worth it? All that sweat and work and watching my diet in order to have just 2 weeks of crappy food??? I'm questioning my logic.
