I let myself go. I stopped recording, stopped caring, and started eating a lot of junk food and fatty, unhealthy food. The problem is that when I stop caring about my health, I also lose discipline in other aspects of my life. My work and personal life is also affected. This is not just about weight; in fact, weight is only a side effect of gaining mastery over oneself which is the true reward.
