Wow! Recording all this stuff is making me realize just how bad my eating has been. It's also become a kind of game. I'm aiming to get my daily RDI under 100. At least RDI, fat, and carbs are down and protein is up from yesterday's. I can already tell one of my biggest hills is going to be relearning to not snack so much or at least find much healthier/low cal/filling snacks.
