I'm staying on track & it's paying off! YAY! I haven't had any sweets & minimal processed foods in almost 2 weeks! No crackers, chips, granola bars, protein bars, 100 calorie packs, rice cakes, etc. I have had minimal Smart Ones/Weight Watchers meals. I have been focused mainly on fruits, vegetables & protein. This is the pattern that I will continue! Workouts are going well & my muscles are feeling it!
