Hi everyone, I was able to do my fast - I did 31 hours b/c I needed to eat breakfast before my workout so I didn't get sick. That worked out well - I didn't need to eat after the workout and my blood sugar is 126 without meds. I will still take the metphormin - until I start getting under 100 I will take it. I am hoping the fasting will get that blood sugar down!
I will be packing tonight to go on the road for a week. I have to think about what I need for next week to ensure that I have a positive experience with food and I stay on plan. Since I won't be working out with weights, I will be walking. I want to do 2 miles a day so that I can get in shape for my upcoming 5K walk.
Plan is fast: Sat, Mon, Wed, Fri. It is only 3x a week, not every other day.
I don't know what the heck they did to the mobile app but they really screwed it up. I do software development and testing for a living and I can't stand the app updates. It's almost impossible to use.
OK, enough complaining. :) Have a great day Buddies! :) :)
