Just thinking today about how in June 2010 I RAN for the first time in my life. My best friend is a personal trainer and she made me run around her block, it took maybe three minutes, and I thought I was GOING TO DIE it was so hard. In December 2010 I ran my first 5K with her by my side the whole way. Unbelievable!! Made me realize how important it is to have support and encouragement on this path. Hope you have that in your life, too. :-D

I loved that! Yes, a workout buddy makes all the difference in the world. And you don't have to starve yourself slim either. In the long run, it just does not work out, the starving part! Thanks so much to you for your inspirational story! Kathy
