Alright! losing weight at a decent clip now despite a cheat night with a large greasy sloppy delicious poutine... thats for sure one of the things I miss the most... (poutine is brown gravy sauce on top of fried and cheese curds although outside of quebec they often use just grated cheese which isnt nearly as good). also had a beer, and about a pint of diet coke and jack.... all three of those nonos on atkins. but its one night, i'm in exams, i've been very good and i'm losing weight. but thats no reason to get sloppy.
Also another good thing is my gf is embracing my diet more. thats good cuz when she doesnt believe in it, she makes it impossible for me to follow.
