My 3 day Military diet is over and now I'm back to counting calories. I'm trying to plan my meals so that I don't get off track with my calories. I did have a small sugar binge last night (dark chocolate cashews, cashew milk ice cream and a mini strawberry cheesecake). Even with all that I stayed under my RDI.
