goood mornin...i stepped on scales today..no change..an thats ok...after all ive had a great week of loss...with only 2 days of riding my bike..between my knee healing an rain..didnt get alot of morning rides in...i had planned on riding this morning..but woke to sound of thunder and heavy rain...so...no ride again today..so instead of doing ride guess its gonna be another day of inside activity..i did manage to get lawn cut yesterday between showers..an was really surprised that for the rain we had..the grass was fairly dry to cut...tryin to decide if im going to walmart today...or wait an go tomow like usual...not out of anything really..just thought i might go today an get it over with...
