The extra exercise yesterday seems to have paid off. Steady weight loss is so encouraging! I didn't feel like working out this morning, but seeing progress makes me want to work even harder.
I'm still undecided about which scale to use. The fit today says I've lost .7 lbs, but the scale says 1.6. It's progress either way, but I wouldn't have expected there such a big discrepancy between the two. Maybe I'll buy a new scale to see if I can get one that is more accurate.
