i really love strawberries, since in on hflc ketogenic diet , strawberries are sweet as is. and they really have very few calories each. so like 4 nice berries are enough and i get vitamins and fiber too. yeah

I love berries, and I miss them. I'm getting some strawberries and blueberries this week but will severely restrict how many of them I eat. My carbs are so low that I'm getting concerned about the fiber thing. Not sure how to balance everything just yet.
