I really have to go back to that rate of loosing 2 pounds per week, I know that even staying a the same weight is good, but I really would like to loose 8 to 10 pounds my Mid august. and at this rate is not going to happen. I will work harder on my meal plan, try to cheat less, I know is my fault, wednesday was my wedding anniversary and went to lunch with hubby, even thou I worked out that evening, I over ate, and today Friday same thing happened. I really have to love my body by eating good stuff at least 80% of the time.
