I've had a crazy month since my last weigh-in. First, work was really busy, so workouts were spotty. I got them in when I could, but not regularly. Then, I was in Philly for a week. I ate SO much Italian food (it was amazingly good, just not good for me, but oh well). Then, I was sick last week, so didn't work out then, either.
Since Friday, I've been back to my usual workouts. And, I weighed in on my gym scale today, which is the one I usually use, as I know they calibrate it regularly.
Sum total of all the craziness this past month - I've lost 1/2 pound! :D
