Didn't record foods yesterday because we were out of the house from almost the moment I woke up til the moment we were ready to drop. Brunch was Mexican (a chicken dish for me), and dinner was Ethiopian (gluten-free, sugar-free, but not necessarily carb-free). Nevertheless, maintained my current weight (actually, I was up very slightly yesterday, so I relost what I'd regained). Makes me happy.
Today is when the Husbeast and I are celebrating Thanksgiving because not only do us Canadians celebrate it early, but I have to work on our actual Thanksgiving day. No turkey for me, but I will be cooking a chicken tonight with some fine roasting veggies, some creamed cauliflower & turnip, and a treat for dessert (organic apple crumble). Not entirely LC, but close enough for the "holiday" :)
