My calories were too low today. I still loose @ 1300, but loose better @ 1500. Weekends are always a problem for me. I tend to eat late and not eat enough times.

that happens to me when I work nights. I work 14 hours shifts and when not at work, I am sleeping :)
So I don't get enough calories in, but am trying to get better :)

Yea..last week I worked nights which messed me up. Luckily this week I' back to a normal schedual.
