Just a day or two of eating well and doing what you need to do can make a huge difference in how you feel. Make today the day you turn things around, you can do it!

yea thanks alot for the support, im trying today to start again. ill try and fit in a ten min workout tonight hopefully, to try and give it a jumpstart. but as with anything food is the big kickstarter. gotta cut the excess intake first.
