My unofficial weight was 400 grams over last weeks weigh-in. I am not too concerned as I ate badly for most of the weekend but I think we all have to get back on track after the long weekend. I need to focus on today's fast day and back to gym tomorrow. My next goal is getting to 62 by next week and at least 60 by my birthday in May, I think with all the motivation here, I should achieve my goal in no time.
