So this morning I felt 49% like giving up. Then I had my oatmeal breakfast and went to the gym. 85 minutes of weights later, my shoulders are burning!!! But in a good way.
Going to the in laws for lasagna tonight, but I'll be bringing my spinach and chicken to eat.
