Been away to the Garden Route and Wild Coast so didn't track food or exercise for a whole week. I did, however, manage about a 8km hilly walk in a couple of hours and was amazed not to get too out of breath and could keep pace with my very fit father-in-law who usually hikes steep hills carrying 10kg on his back.
Manage 3 hour long workouts this week and will try to do one more to keep to my target of 16 hours for the month, but I really need to get my eating right again. Won't worry about it till Tuesday though. Good long weekend all!
