Atkin has been the only way to diet for me but you have to stick to it rigidly. Try to stay on induction for as long as possible. I did it for 6 weeks and the weight just fell off. Also get into the exercise routine. 30 minutes of sweating every other day will help a great deal. Lastly no alcohol!!
