Felt like this was a big breakthrough weekend...just logged a 10 lb loss, jogged 6 miles(for 1st time ever), and today am wearing my blue suit. And it fits. I bought in in March, 2011 and only wore it once or twice before it was too uncomfortable. My challenge will be not using food to celebrate.
