GAH! My weight loss is tapering off!! I know that slower is better, but geesh 1lb in five days?! At this rate I will be ancient until I get to where I need to be.

Try not to feel too bad I am right there with you on this. I am only losing about 1/2 lb a week, talk about frustrating!! Just try to think about it in terms of..... a 1 lbs loss is waaaay better than a 0 lb lose or even a gain!! : )
