Even with having the slice of Franklin Nut Cake yesterday and planning to have the last piece today, my Average Calories Per Day for the week so far is only 1,411 per day! I’ve been sacrificing some of my fruits and vegetables to keep my calories really low for accommodating the cake indulgence. Back to normal, healthy eating tomorrow!
I don’t know if it’s related to having the cake or not, but I’ve REALLY been missing the diet soda lately. Stupid Kroger still has them Buy 2 Get 3 Free through tomorrow. Sticking to my guns and not buying them, though. I feel oddly “lonely” without the diet soda - like I’ve lost a friend. I miss it when I first wake up, when I wake in the middle of the night, and after I’ve been running errands (as a reward). Sigh. 😔
