Weight for the week now down from 200 to 192.4, and that’s without even having a BM yesterday. Calories yesterday were in the low 1,600’s. My grandson is leaving 2m0 morning for a blissful (for me!) 9 days in Nevada! He did amazingly well with getting 5 fillings yesterday, 3 of which needed to be crowned. He was under general anesthesia and was calm beforehand, asleep during, and pain-free afterward, PTL!!! My toe is coming along nicely. Still not pushing the walking, but will start that on Monday, shooting to start with 2-3 miles a day, in 1/2-hour increments. It’s a start. Stopped counting how many bottles of water I’m drinking, but it is A LOT, like at least a gallon. (Some of the meds I take make me very thirsty!)
