I'm happy that I'm settling into my calorie counting routine. i lost two pounds last week and didn't feel totally deprived. I'm prepped my meals for this week, and feel good. now that I've decided to lose weight, I'm just going to do it. 1500 calories a day. that's my commitment. I'm excited to lose this weight and feel good again!!
