hey cheryl, ya you're actually doing great by keeping yourself accountable and weighing in and logging your food. You're like 10 pounds away from your goal, just about anyway. Keep up the good work. The more you focus on solutions the more solutions there are. Printing out daily reminders of what you are looking to achieve with your motivation pictures is a great solution and so is writing about your progress (forward or backwards).
My main problem is that I don't plan well in general. And food is no exception - so it comes down to eat and I have to have the quickest thing, which is usually the worst thing for me.
