Week 2: Nothing special. The weight loss was below my estimation. Respecting the diet rules became like second nature. My self imposed RDI of 1000 Kcal can't be done without an effort but my average is about there, though. I was well below the limit of 20g carbs per day defined by Atkins. Based on the deficit of 15000 Kcal last week, the loss should have been about 2 Kg. Normally math is right, with exceptions. Maybe there are weeks when it just happens like this. The plan for the next week is the same. I hope this time the results would be closer to expectations.
