Happy Week to all!
I am trying hard to limit my food intake Sun, Mon, Tues and Wed in preparation for the carbalooza on Thursday. I also am going to the gym Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri and Sun this coming week to work off the carbalooza! LOL
I think there may be one other day this coming weekend when food will be prominent...hopefully I can manage it within my RDI. I am not looking for loss through the holidays - but looking for self control and maintaining my current weight.
