Scale broke last week so no weigh in😞 I haven't been logging in foods in a couple of days. I fell off the food-cart a few times but generally following my diet. Emotionally I am wrecked & I seem to be sabotaging myself at every turn...I am lost, lonely & confused. I can't stand my own selfish whining, hence the journal entries.
