I've started the year with hopes and dreams. Why do I feel like I'm setting myself up? I might be but I'm still optimistic that this year is the year. At this point I feel like people roll their eyes at me when I say that but it's true. It's been 3 days and I haven't accidently eaten anything bad. That's progress for me.
