hahah those are pretty brutal. Have you tried dead lifting yet? That does work....oof. Also jumping split lunges if that makes any sense are crazy. I started doing some kettlebell exercises(which are more total body) work well. Also if you're interested in some MMA exercises for legs pm me.
Also i hate the stairmaster, but i hate cardio. have a good monday!

Lol I actually did stairmaster for the 1st tym in my life, was always watching chicks sweat on that thing, so I decided to try, just a warm up cardio b4 hitting the weights. It was kinda confusing cos I set it to interval training, but I was sweating like a pig! lmao
Yeah I do deadlifts when I do my back routine, the most I lifted was 100lbs, but I have back problems so I wanna take it easy.. I've never seen ketbell at the gym I go to, but heard a lota ppl love it. Jumping split lunges do look crazy - I like! LOL gotta try next leg day! Do u do em with dumbbells?

That does sound brutal. Hope you aren't too sore today :) Stairmaster is awesome! It kills me. I can run miles and not sweat as much as I do on that thing in 15 min. Good work Kate
